Bernie Mikell
Tom and I were in a small section of 12 students during our first year at the University of Virginia School of Law, class of 1969. I remember Tom as one of the more active and perceptive members of that small section, when most of us were intimidated by all of the "smart" kids in our class. He and I survived to graduate, and we still remember the positive helpful interaction which helped us get through that first year and, eventually, to graduate. Although we are now on opposite coasts, we still remember and are able to keep contact through Linkedin and directly. Bernie Mikell
