I was primarily responsible for the operation and maintenance of our client's three IT systems. As part of this, I prepared offers on improved server solutions for our customer, so the development, test and production environments were kept up-to-date on all systems. Most of my time was spent negotiating resources, finances and schedules with our customer and other project- and line managers. I took a keen interest in improving the methods, tools and procedures in our department and for our customer (through LEAN thinking) I worked partly as a project manager on a number of low complexity projects with 4-6 team members (I currently hold an IPMA-d and PRINCE2® Foundation certification).
