Safety compliance regulations for drivers, vehicles, and trailers. File for and maintain the proper licenses to conform to Federal motor carriers association (FMCSA), as well as state, and federal laws concerning Drivers, vehicles, and office administration. Abolished all costs associated with outsourcing. Created my own personal software to organize a system for each department, abolishing any previous need of outsourcing. The software was time efficient, and the savings to the company were phenomenal. Conducted a study on the impact of damage, and consumption of fuel due to drivers idling the truck needlessly. I was able to create an incentive bonus program for the drivers, based on a reasonable percentage of idling throughout their day. This program saved the company approximately $11440.00 per truck, per year. That is not counting the savings on mechanical issues, and longevity of the trucks.
