The main aspects of the role are to effectively coach, lead and influence direct reports to achieve company key performance indicators such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory & Cost, whilst maintaining positive employee relations. This is driven and sustained through Continuous Improvement, effective Tiered Accountability Meetings, Rapid Problem Solving and other internal operating systems, tools, and techniques. This role includes being a direct manager for direct census within a cell and an indirect manager for Advanced Methods Engineer and Production controller for the cell. I also partner with Value Stream Leader, AME & Quality to pro-actively plan capital expenditure aligned to Honeywell Return of Investment and ensure pro-active involvement on new products within cell. I oversee management of overtime, shift & holiday to be prioritised to ensure business continuity. I am part of an occasional shift pattern rota from pool of Team Leaders demonstrating flexibility.
