  Assigned to high-volume Explorer’s Café. Responsibilities included answering questions about the park, recommending beer, in-store promotions and menu items; met with brewery customer service reps during our annual “Seven Seas Food Festival” event every spring, provided customer specific beer recommendations based on diverse and selective customer palettes (my favorite part of the job), cross-trained in culinary duties, lobby management, special events, food preparation and cashier. Also trained to monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness for our guests. Selected to manage specialty brewery kiosks during special events and “Seven Seas Food Festival”.
