I met Thomas when I interviewed him to become a student at The Iron Yard. As a student, he took direction well, offered assistance to others, and pushed himself to learn more to become a better developer. Soon after he graduated, I was able to have the opportunity to work with him when he became an Associate Instructor with us. As a mentor and leader to our future students, Thomas excelled as an AI. He has mastered time management to appropriately spread out his duties to ensure our students are well taken care of with their studies and he explains new concepts in an easy-to-understand way. He welcomed new responsibilities and handled them with ease. While his work ethic is outstanding, he's also very easy-going and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Thomas.
