This required understanding the offices needs in detail and transforming this into a concept that the programmers could understand. In addition I edit documents for the sites, maintain a 20/20 Sharepoint work stations for 70+ offices, manage webinars, manage Skype accounts, set up cell phones to email accounts or outlook, transfer data from computers to window based cell phones & vise versa.
