  Develop custom Excel add-ins to display data from SQL database using Windows Forms. Customize Excel templates using VBA to pull data from network folders and Oracle database. Support solution comprised of Microsoft Dynamics CRM web resources written in JavaScript and C#, DNN CMS module written in C#, Microsoft SharePoint instance, and Windows service written in C#, that transferred data and files among CRM/SharePoint API’s, Microsoft SQL servers, and REST service. Configured and oversaw desktops, cameras, and environment monitoring systems. Packaged applications using InstallShield and custom wrapper, performed quality assurance, and deployed packages through Symantec IT Management Suite to over 1,100 machines. Troubleshot Microsoft Excel errors and performance issues, including writing VBA module to fix issues after upgrading vendor add-ins. Designed and oversaw Microsoft Office upgrade through Symantec IT Management Suite, targeting resources based on Windows Installer product code and polling system state to install Excel add-in. Wrote VBScript to push Windows Registry data from client machines to asset management suite through an API and wrote SQL reports to pivot and filter that data.
