Tanken med teamet är nykundsbearbetning samt skapa nytt förtroende och hållbara kontakter hos befintliga kunder.Teamet har under den tiden som gått sedan uppstart visat på goda resultat och ökat från 3st medarbetare till 12st.Övrigt i denna roll så har jag personalansvar och ekonomiskt ansvar för teamet.Sitter med i ledningsgrupp för område mitt Schneider Electric Digital Energy.During the years as Team Manager2014-2017 Leads a group of 16 Technicians / Engineers and 4 hired consultants.Property automation Service department that includes Modernisations, Energy-saving measures, Operational monitoring via Operations Center, System integrations, System administration and Emergency service.The team's operations are conducted with SISAB in Stockholm.2017- I was commissioned to start a development team. The idea with the team isnew customer processing and create new trust and sustainable contacts with existing customers.During the time that has passed since the start, the team has shown good results and increased from 3 employees to 12.Other in this role, I have personnel responsibility and financial responsibility for the team.Part of the management group for the area in the middle of Schneider Electric Digital Energy.
