Responisble for internal IT services in Lazada Thailand offices including main office and warehouses. Also co-ordinate with Lazada Regional IT team for global policy and projects implementation. Archivements Management Role - Manage team with 4 people in Office and 2 people in Warehouse - Setup IT Support Team from scratch. As there was only one IT staff in Thailand at the time I joined Lazada. I setup the team to support 700 users in the office and also team to support more than 300 users in Warehouse. - Setup IT process for Thailand and regional. I did setup the process for IT support including Purchasing Process, Support, etc. And also use ITIL framework to apply with IT support process. - Standardize IT devices in the company. As there was no Standardize for any IT devices therefore I was the one who setup IT standard to make sure all users are using proper devices and easy to maintain and support. - Monitor IT resources including people and infrastructure. - Monitor Quality of Services. Also use ticketing system as a tool to monitor how team works with users. - Setup and maintain budget for Thailand Offices and warehouses. IT Support Role - To support more than 700 users in both office and warehouse. Project - Finish setup two new warehouses. I worked with Project team, Network team and vendor to setup new warehouses. This included setup new Network, computers and mobile devices. - Email Migrataion from Google to Office 365. We had project to migrate all users email from Google Mail to Office 365. I worked with regional project team and users to setup and educate users before and during migration. - Migrate new WIFI system for Warehouse. We migrated new WIFI system from Cisco to Ruckus.
