I am working full-time remotely with PwC Singapore FDD and Venture Hub team. Most of the FDD projects I have been involved in are platform-as-a-service target acquisition and DD of PE investments. One of the targets I supported in DD reached a unicorn status during 2021. Below are brief descriptions of what I do: - Conduct due diligence analyzing management and statutory financial accounts of target companies to identify elements for QoE to aid valuation.- Classify trends of net working capital, net debt and ageing of trade receivables and payables- Build EBITDA bridge and identify KPIs (ARR, customer churn rates) trends- Utilize Tableau for visualization of big dataOn the Venture Hub side, my team and I successfully conducted a commercial due diligence which led to a $25M investment in a used smartphone target in Indonesia.
