The position also requires responding to CRM cases that are received within the Unit • Searches and updates file and retrieves information using CPMS and PPMS • Keeps and reviews membre records using V3. • Calculating years of service, compensation base, required contributions, review account balances and determine member’s eligibility for retirement • Responds to inquiries and follow-up using emails and phone calls.
