Als opleidingscoöprdinator zorgt Thijs voor de inhoud van de trainingen, houdt zich bezig met E-learing en andere digitale ontwikkelingen. Daarnaast is Thijs momenteel bezig met een module plan zodat het voor iedereen overzichtelijk is wat je moet kunnen voordat je de volgende training mag bijwonen. Als trainer zorgt Thijs er voor dat alles kwalitatief 100% in orde is voordat collega's achter de knoppen komen te zitten. Daarnaast is het prettigs samen werken met Thijs!! Ik hoop dat wij samen nog lang mogen samenwerken!
