Ik heb veel contact gehad met Thijs en daarnaast samen aan een project gewerkt. Thijs is flexibel en punctueel tegelijkertijd. Zo geeft hij ruimte aan anderen en creativiteit, maar pakt de regie waar nodig en kan dan snel schakelen. Hij heeft hart voor de zaak en is een fijne collega!
