I was really impressed with Thierry's ability to quickly understand in detail all the aspects of a project, identify the potential issues and tackle them efficiently. At the time he worked on City Domination, he immediately became central in the team and was able to provide designs and solutions to complex technical problems, client side and server side and quickly implement them on iOS in a rather hostile technological environment with a lot of legacy. He also understood very well the complex design and the economic system that ruled our game and thus was able to suggest what I call "great solutions" (that fix both design and tech issues and a very short time). It was a great pleasure to work with him and he was a great asset for our game and our team.
