Project scope : P21 & P21 EV - Complete doors synthesis and performance / Sealings / Rear view mirrors / Glazzing / Washing and wiping systems / Sunshade rollo / Door trims - Industrialisation phase- As an Industrial Engineer my goal were to drive a product and process improvements throughout all assembly steps matching with our development planning.- I worked in cooperation with all factory levels and teams (stamping, paint shop, welding shop, assembly) to reach the quality required with safety procedures.- I managed suppliers to ensure the conformity of each parts under my responsibility, and to manage all design changed that we require, always challenging them on costs and timelines.- Mentored of 8 engineers and 4 technicians from France and Slovakia.- 19 suppliers managed to ensure the conformity of each parts under the responsibility of the team.
