Defined software design and led a team of 5 developers to create a common interface available in 4 languages to over 30.000 end-users worldwide. Automatic Invoicing Developed a recurring payment system (or RPS) to process invoices and orders. Performed tests and created a contingency plan to mitigate risks including frauds, system downtimes and system-wide security breaches. Designed a recovery tool to ensure data could be decrypted from the backup by authorized administrators. Worked closely with the accounts receivable agents to redesign the business processes, migrate the data and support the application. The software development of this project involved ASP.NET, WinForms, Windows Services, SOAP Web Services, ADO.NET and SQL.
