  As project manager for Centrale Lille Projets, I led a vending machine prototype project for the company Bolk (website: Bolk.co). I spent a lot of time discussing with the client before writing a study agreement gathering the specifications, the planning, the budget... I had to recruit 3 students from the school to work on the project for about 6 months. And then I conducted the project with a lot of discussions with the students and the client to be sure the study agreement was fullfilled.   During the 3-month internship at BIT Group France, I worked on blood analysers to solve different issues regarding the fluidic system of the devices. I worked on solving the irregular cell counting of the devices due to altitude pressure change. I also worked on a prototype of a new blood analyser of the company to solve microfluidic issues in the unstable flow cell injector.
