Je peux témoigner d’un CFO pleinement « business partner », à la fois pertinent sur l’analyse risque pour challenger la performance de l’entreprise, et en même temps très pragmatique et opérationnel dans son approche des sujets et dans sa façon de communiquer ses messages - ce qui nous conduisit naturellement à envisager une évolution sur des fonctions plus opérationnelles par la suite.
