- Lead software development projects according to company's business model requirement, internal procedures and system reporting. Working closely with all departments stakeholders to collect business requirements and translate them into system functionality. - Oversees the analysis, design, develop, debugging and modification of in-house system such as CRM, Microsoft NAV, Web-POS system, in-house online ticketing system, online meeting room booking system, client's phone directory system, etc. - Developed in-house CRM from scratch for supporting Singapore and China centers.
