- Lead software development projects according to company's business model requirement, internal procedures and system reporting. Working closely with all departments stakeholders to collect business requirements and translate them into system functionality. - Oversees the analysis, design, develop, debugging and modification of in-house system such as CRM, Microsoft NAV, Web-POS system, in-house online ticketing system, online meeting room booking system, client's phone directory system, etc. - Developed in-house CRM from scratch for supporting Singapore and China centers. The integration of departments processes flow and translate into a system to provide company a solution increasing customer, reducing cost and improving efficiency. - Planned and implemented integration of CRM and Microsoft NAV, communicates with sales team and Finance user to provide timely and accurate information and status updates. - Work closely with finance team members in creating and managing data migration and data transformation from existing MYOB system, accounting system to Microsoft NAV system. - Communicates with vendor to explain the design of reporting, invoicing template and conduct discussion on the reporting to ensure both parties with satisfied result - Enhance company websites for JustOffice and JustCo as well as integrate with web enquiry form to collect customer's information to be transferred into CRM. - Provide monthly and weekly reporting to Finance department and management such as (leads analysis report, centre occupancy report, departmental P&L report, sales performance report, etc). - Create email survey web-form, EDM, newsletters for branding & marketing department.
