The product Pipefy is a global web platform for process management focused on the business audience.I've worked on an activation team developing and maintaining features that affect first-time users' experience (FTUE) at the platform. Among those are the signup and sign-in flows, account preferences, validations, email confirmation, and tours through the most valuable features.Currently, I'm working on a platform team responsible for restructuring several aspects of the system architecture, including the change from a monolithic to a microservices architecture. I've worked on the development and maintenance of some internal systems. In this scenario, the main clients were other technology teams inside the company.The primary system I've worked on was a monitoring service that uses a concept known as time series. The teams send monitoring data regarding infrastructure and services to be recorded and followed afterward by the same teams through dashboards and alerts.I also was responsible for bootstrapping a new project of infrastructure costs apportionment.
