• Interface Coordinator - P78 Topside Project

  Main Activities:- Participate in all interface meetings as a Topside viewer in order to guarantee the integrity of the P78 project between HULL (Huyndai – Korea) and Topside (DBR - Brazil), with all stakeholders (Huyndai, Keppel SGP and DBR). - Act in all disciplines of the project in order to ensure that all the informations from the HULL side is being considered on the development of the Topside project. - Responsible for the interface between the Topside engineering project and classification society (ABS). - Lead the 3D design review on the interface area in order to identify the clashes and find solutions between Topside and Hull projects (all disciplines). - Coordinate a team of 6 people composed of one (1) interface engineer, two (2) piping 3D designers, one (1) 3D structure designer and one (1) 3D electrical/instrumentation designer to act in the 3D model focousing on the interface area (Main Deck) finding solutions and supporting the main disciplines to progress in the Topside project. - Assistance to the Yard team regarding project inconsistencies or solutions to Construction & Assembly issues, specially on the interface areas between Topside and Hull.   Main Activities:- Accompaniment and supervision of the detailed project performed by the contracted designer (Projemar SA), in the disciplines of Process and Security. - In January / 2014, joined the JP program (Odebrecht Young Partner), held together with with Odebrecht Oil & Gas and Odebrecht Technology, a 2-years program. - Working in conjunction with Piping & Materials disciplines on the supervision and verification of the project in terms of consistency between 3D Model, Piping & Instrumentation diagrams, piping isometrics and Lines List. Use of tools like SmartPlan Review and NavisWorks to query the 3D version.- Responsible for the interface between the engineering project and classification society, Det Norske Veritas (DNV).- 2 years of assistance to the construction team regarding project inconsistencies or solutions to C & M problems on board. Period that I was allocated in the Inhaúma shipyard, where the P74 and P76 units were docked.- Monitoring and technical assistance to the commissioning team.- Technical support to Enseada's GAC (Contract Administrator Management) team in the development of letters to the client regarding engineering implementations not foreseen in the contract, either at the request of the client or due to lack of definition in the contract.
