  During the early stages, I worked with my partner to define our business model and features, elaborated our requirement documentation, and organized the evaluation process of possible development companies to support us for development.Managed the entire project until delivery, in conjunction with my peer from the development company we've chosen, deciding which technologies to use, sprint priorities, and evaluating performance. Achieving a concise MVP being delivered within budget and required time.After delivery, our team worked on weekly improvements such as new features, new technological partnerships, general optimizations, and even changes to our business model.I also focused on improving our human resources, organizing workshops and solution reviews with feedback.

  I worked closely with our client (Telefónica | Vivo) so to map their requirements for improvements on our product, generating business and technical artifacts that would guide both our devs and testers to deliver the best solution available.I Initiated a process to rework our business unit workflow into a more agile one using JIRA, which resulted in acknowledged improvements to our internal and external interactions.My last project was to assist our client's operation on-site, managing all Atlys deployment windows. I was responsible for analyzing the quality of candidate projects, guaranteeing that only healthy changes would be greenlit for deployment, thus interacting with stakeholders from all levels within our client.During this last assignment, I would also act as a consultant on Atlys, assisting our client in understanding available opportunities for improvements, new features, and how to mitigate future impacts during planned interventions.
