I have had the opportunity to work with Thia for the past 2 ½ years. During that time Thia has demonstrated an expansive knowledge of all facets of human resources. She possesses the ability to clearly and compassionately communicate with employees on various issues and work towards a solution. Thia is forward thinking and open minded. She continually researches new ideas and concepts and stays current with what is happening in the HR world. She’s passionate about her work and is very driven when it comes to implementing programs that benefit both the employee and the employer. Not only is Thia very competent in her position, she’s a pleasure to work with and I do not hesitate to recommend her for any human resource role.

Once our small-but-rapidly-growing company reached the point where we felt we needed a dedicated HR department, we were very fortunate to have found the perfect fit for our environment in Thia. Thia proved to be a thoughtful, energetic, and ethical team member, one who easily balanced professionalism with sympathetic interaction with our employees. As we grew, there were inevitable growing pains as the staff expanded, and Thia's compassion and experience helped us navigate what could have been rough waters smoothly. Thia also brought sound ideas and suggestions to the table. She was very focused on solving the riddle of how we could maintain our close knit "family" culture, as we crested the 100+ employee mark- spread over 2 offices separated by roughly 2000 miles with multiple remote employees to boot. I'm grateful for the time I worked with Thia, she's one of the good ones.
