Reporting to the Managing Artistic Director (MAD) and working closely with the Business Manager (BM) the House Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing front of the house operations before, during and after Kantorei performances. Leading a staff of volunteers, the Front of House Manager coordinates ticketing and seating efforts; manages all external doors and unlock schedules; resolves conflict while overseeing general patron satisfaction; and ensures that all performances remain on schedule. The House Manager leads by example and is responsible for ensuring that Front of House volunteers, including Ticket Takers/Door Persons, Volunteer Ushers, and Box Office, work with the vision that all patrons attending Kantorei concerts experience consistently superior service during their visit. The House Manager will be responsible for proactive communications and the timely completion of administrative tasks to accomplish a smooth operation of the organization as it collectively works to achieve its mission. Gira de 15 shows durante tres fines de semana en Panamá por todo el país con la empresa Claro.
