The National Democratic Redistricting Committee (NDRC), chaired by the 82nd Attorney General of the United States Eric H. Holder, Jr., is the first-ever strategic hub for a comprehensive redistricting strategy. With the support of former President Barack Obama, as well as key leaders around the country, the NDRC is attacking this problem from every angle to ensure the next round of redistricting is fair and that maps reflect the will of the voters.

The non-partisan training program is conducted each summer in the National Capital area. The program focus is on training participants in the expertise and techniques required to become leaders, tacticians and key staff who will conduct candidate and issue campaigns. Participants receive instruction based on a comprehensive curriculum from an outstanding faculty of academics, consultants, and other well-qualified trainers. Instruction also covers campaign ethics, research and polling, the legislative process, getting out the vote (GOTV), E-campaigning, E-fundraising and issue advocacy.

Campus Outreach Coordinator

Campaign liaison to universities within Georgia’s 2nd Congressional district. Created a Student engagement plan with the goal of motivating college-aged students to get out the vote. Was featured on two NAACP Political Action forums, one SGA Political Education forum and at a “Students for Bishop” press conference. Coordinated GOTV rallies on the campuses of Albany State University and Georgia Southwestern State University.
