Theréze trained me when I started working at Roamler and we worked intensely together during her time as country manager. I was so impressed from the first day until my last by how socially capable she is, her leadership skills and work ethic. She always kept calm and cared for everyone around her even in stressful situations. The stressful times she turned into fun challenges and made the team work together to tackle them and achieve great results. I remember making mistakes at different times in the process of learning a new task or having new responsibilities and I really appreciated how she handled those mistakes: talking about it, never making you feel bad for it but trusting in you to do it better next time and learn from the mistakes. But mostly I think what shines through with all the effort she puts in in her work is that it is always with a huge heart and kindness and attentiveness to the people she works with. That is something really special.

Thereze was my team manager at Roamler and she is without a doubt the best manager I've ever had! She is very clear in her communication and made sure we knew what was expected of us, while at the same time always being encouraging. She set up clear goals, but was always keen on hearing our input and feedback. Thanks to her creativity, positive attitude and trust in us as team members, I felt a lot more passionate about and involved in my job and the company.

During my seasonal contract at Little Rock Lake (also known as ’Sweden Zipline’) I managed the administrative work. My responsibilities mainly implied customer support, scheduling and bookings as well as event planning and coordination. I supervised the client contact, partners and resellers. An additional focus concerned business development, marketing, website content and social media. Luckily, I have never been afraid of a challenge as my "office" sometimes was situated above the treetops, hanging on a wire! Show less
