  Teaching mathemathics and science I was a candidate in the two year program for leadership training within Teach for Sweden. During two years (one and a half year fast track) I developed My leadership skills. I support an equal school by working at one of the most challenging schools in Sweden. The education included three weeks of boarding school, support and mentorship by a personal teacher-coach as well as mentorship by an external leader from the business sector.
