In the summer of 2019, I created a web application from scratch to production, along with two other students. Mainly, we worked with React JS, Strapi CMS, Mongo DB, and AWS. Horse sports have always been a part of my life, and during my bachelor thesis, I got to combine it with my education by investigating how to track horse movement. Using an accelerometer on a Raspberry Pi, the horse steps were captured and calculated. To visualize the movement, a summary of the daily amount of steps was presented in an Android application.
