  I work under the supervision of the Council's top management to conceptualize and execute International conferences in the Thailand and Asia market. - Research and validate the feasibility of developing potential conference topics into commercially viable events - Conduct telephonic research with key industry experts to validate the concept and the content of the conference. - Write the conference programme, invite speakers; liaise with speakers to ensure attendance, organise or assist in the organising of the event, as the case may be and to attend to all matters relating to and/or ancillary to the successful conducting of the event - Liaise with the marketing department to organize event promotions, publicity and other sales related campaigns - Liaise with speakers throughout the conference production cycle - Assist in any logistics planning, pre-event logistics management, as well as onsite and post-event logistics.
