      As a Media Planner I recommend the most effective and suitable solution for communication with selected target groups. As a Project manager I help clients through planning, implementation and follow ups. I work with media strategies, target analysis, media planning & media buying and ad production. Nowa Kommunikation (NOWA) is both a media agency and an ad agency for some clients. At Nowa I work with clients like Mid Sweden University, University West, the Police Authority/Academy, the Swedish National Agency for Education, the City of Stockholm, Malmö University, the County Administrative Board of Stockholm, Nationellt center för kvinnofrid NCK & Kvinnofridslinjen, the Swedish Election Authority (EU 2019), the Swedish Church (election 2017) as well as clients like Haugengruppen and Gårdschips. Working with campaigns with targets as increasing the amount applying students or job applications, launching a help-line, increasing awareness, give deeper knowledge through native campaigns or even selling more products. Working with clients in different fields at a smaller agency I have gained experience in buying media in almost every channel there is, including for example television, radio, podcasts, native, influencers, print & digital media, social media and OOH/DOOH. Some results: - Kvinnofridslinjen has increased their incoming calls with 25% (to 130/day) and awareness with 12% the last two years. We created a new ad concept in 2018 and recorded videos in several languages for Kvinnofridslinjen as well as a new logo for NCKs Kunskapsbank in 2020. - The Mid Sweden University received an increased amount of student applications for 2021, 35 % more. - I have also launched a new telephone helpline Välj att sluta during 2019-2020, with results of 300-900% more calls a month than our goal. - In EU-valet we increased both awareness, knowledge about the election and participation and the Police Academy doubled their student applications during our cooperation.
