I had the pleasure of directly reporting into Theresa Andrews during my time at Springbox. To say that it was a pleasure is an understatement! Shes the type of boss that will give you the room to "figure it out," all why providing guidance along the way. I appreciated that as it allowed me to feel challenged and supported. Her thoughtful, organized and efficient way of working was present in not only her managerial style, but in the work that she touches. With that said, I highly recommend Theresa for anyone that is looking to add a valuable project management professional to their team.

Theresa is someone you want leading your team! She understands processes and operational efficiencies, and she also keeps a pulse on what keeps teams happy. She cares about people, and it makes her a natural leader. She is someone who leads by example. Theresa can see the big picture, but also can roll up her sleeves and get into the weeds with you.
