Includes handling sales, marketing and financial departments under the programme. - Manage a team of 15 competent dance instructors, conducting 20 junior dance classes every weekend. The programme has 235 enrolled students. - Manage performing and competitive platform opportunities to groom young dance talents. - Connect with parents weekly on dancer's talent development progress. Choreography & Curriculum design - Designed and developed dance syllabus programmes for in-studio classes/pre-school/primary/secondary school children. - Designed and developed dance proficiency assessments for pre-school/primary/secondary school children. - Curated mentorship training programmes for coaches. - Taught at numerous local pre-schools such as Just kids, Little Big Pre-school & Sparkletots. - Achieved several “Distinctions” awards for Singapore Youth Festival Dance (Secondary). - Part of key creative choreography team in SEA Games 2015 Opening ceremony.
