Theresa came into Diligent as a consultant for our Sales Development Team but ended up stepping in to help manage the team when our director left the company. Theresa went above and beyond her responsibilities as a consultant. She was only suppose to be working with us for two days a week and ended up having conversations with our team and helping us five days a week. Theresa knew how to handle all the issues with our team and it came from her years of experience running Sales and Sales Development Teams. She also brought a lot of needed structure to our team around reporting, process, and on boarding. I learned so much from Theresa and I highly recommend her as a Sales Leader and consultant who produces results.
