Through an integrated marketing strategy, I share stories of transformation with supporters and followers, allowing them to see the impact they have on under-resourced youth across the country. Through effective communication I help cultivate and steward donor relationships and motivate donors to take action.--Big City Mountaineers helps under-resourced youth realize their potential through transformative wilderness mentoring experiences. The proven curriculum improves self-esteem, responsibility, decision-making abilities and communication skills in close to 1,000 youth annually.

I also promoted and marketed the program and its partners, created systems to manage applicants and employees, and managed fundraising initiatives including grant seeking and writing.--Awesome Inc exists to help create and grow high tech startups. Over the years, we've addressed this mission by hosting startup community events, teaching computer programming classes with Awesome Inc U, and providing education to early-stage entrepreneurs through the Awesome Inc Fellowship.
