  My responsibilities included taking care of guests upon arrival, during their stay, and departure. I am responsible for engaging with guests taking phone calls assisting with concierge, making reservations, and answering any questions a guest may have. I am to make first and last impressions count to help our guests feel recharged and refreshed. Here at Stockton Seaview Resort I take the lead, I know the property I am thoughtful and kind and always listen to understand. I sometimes translate for Spanish speaking guests and or employees.
