      I started as a Front Desk Clerk in May 2010. With hard work and dedication I was promoted to Shift Supervisor after 6 months, about 6 months later I was promoted to Manager on Duty. While managing the front desk staff and the going of the day I also assisted the AGM with Chargebacks and Reconciliations of 3rd party reservations. Currently I process payroll, keep up with employee files, reconcile all 3rd party reservations, chargebacks, make reservations and assisting the GM and AGM.
