  I started as a Front Desk Clerk in May 2010. With hard work and dedication I was promoted to Shift Supervisor after 6 months, about 6 months later I was promoted to Manager on Duty. While managing the front desk staff and the going of the day I also assisted the AGM with Chargebacks and Reconciliations of 3rd party reservations. In February of 2015 I became the Group Sales Coordinator. In this new role I assisted the Group Sales Manager with making and sending Group Contract, inputting Group Blocks into the system and entering rooming list. As well as helping manage Corporate and Regular guest reservations. In January of 2016 I was promoted to the Administrative Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator and Reservationist. Currently I process payroll, keep up with employee files, reconcile all 3rd party reservations, chargebacks, make reservations and assisting the GM and AGM.
