I’ve had the pleasure of working with Theresa at Netafim. Theresa joined the company at a time of extensive business growth. She inherited a series of systems and processes that had been built for a company that was a fraction of our size. In addition to evaluating and upgrading our systems and processes, Theresa was asked to help support our efforts to build a culture of recognition and employee empowerment.
