  After listening thoroughly to her client’s history and story, Theresa will use her client’s symptoms to provide a common sense starting point. She will analyze each client’s posture from head to toe and from all four angles (front, back and both sides), and also take pictures from head to toe and from all four angles to use for visual progress. She will take each client through a series of functional tests to discover each client’s strengths and limitations. Based on all of this information, she creates a menu (a listing of exercises) of e-cises (Egoscu-cises) for that specific client and takes them through each set personally to assure success with the Method. Theresa’s primary objective applies to everyone she sees either in person, by Skype or by e-mail is to eliminate the musculoskeletal disparities and the resulting postural dysfunctions that are interfering with pain-free living.
