We engaged Theresa to do a series of sessions on productivity and time management with our team and she did a fantastic job! Theresa really brought so much value and focus to what can be difficult to talk about. Everyone wants a productive staff, but how to achieve that without making everyone feel like they have to watch the clock can be a tough balance to strike as a leader. Theresa took time to get to know our team and each session was just full of great ideas and things to think about. She pulled together a variety of sources and made each session interactive and fun. We've implemented quite of few of the things we all came up with together and we're already seeing a big difference in how the team handles challenging weeks where there are lots of frogs. We've even incorporated Theresa into our Slack with her own channel and she's become a really valued partner in how we help our team to learn and grow.
