I worked with Theresa for a little over a year in Human Resources at Boston Financial. Theresa was always willing to meet with employees and acted as a great liaison between the employees and their managers. Theresa was always professional and showed great interest and compassion to the employees. As a newer employee to Boston Financial, Theresa was a great resource in teaching me about the various internship programs we offered, so that I was able to take the programs on as my own. Theresa will be a great asset to any HR team and hopefully we will work together again someday soon!
