  - Co-managed the NSF CRPC program's $25 M resources and budget, including reporting requirements and other documentation. Participated in the evaluation of the CRPC and implemented recommendations as needed.- Managed all aspects of CRPC activities for faculty, students, teachers, and administrators, and provided oversight for similar programs at all CRPC sites to ensure center synergy, including supervision of center staff.- Planned and executed student recruitment and retention activities for the CRPC’s summer research program.- Contributed to proposals and reports involving CRPC’s external relations and outreach activities.- Provided oversight of CRPC conferences, workshops, site visits, corporate affiliate meetings, and all other special events—20 events per year for up to 500 people, ensuring center synergy. - Managed CRPC’s visiting researcher and affiliates programs and lectures, including speaker interaction, event planning, and advertising.- Prepared budgets for program proposals that contained external relations components.
