One of my top achievements in this role is that I reduced process gaps for optimal productivity achievement in collaboration with our HR team. In addition, I successfully managed a new corporate building’s construction and a two-floor suite build-out with our architecture, construction, and furniture teams. I managed five administrative and HR professionals while in this role. A few of my other successes in this position include: ► Introduced paid paternity leave and increased 12-week maternity leave coverage from 60% after a 15-day waiting period to 100% in conjunction with FMLA. To achieve this, I developed a current list of pain points as well as a plan to alleviate them. Then, I met with the executive leadership to present the issues and propose a resolution. I completed this project in six weeks. ► Led my team in increasing new employee satisfaction with onboarding and training from 70% to 98% in 3-6 months by making onboarding and training more dynamic and interactive. ► Played a vital role in the company’s acquisition by Accenture by collaborating with acquisition and change management teams on presenting key integration solutions to increase employee engagement and reduce turnover (e.g., collaborative workshops, culture events, stay interviews).
