• Supervisory duties, including time keeping, assigning work, performance reviews, and dealing with day to day activities • Work the IRS credit adjustment weekly reports to determine whether holds should be placed, offsets intercepted, offsets released or disbursed, promissory notes issued and any necessary steps to recoup money that is owed back to the State of Tennessee. • Responsible for processing unclaimed property requests related to child support payments. • Work child support cases including excess receipts, previously distributed receipts, and correction of misapplied payments to ensure that funds are properly distributed or applied to cases • Responsible for all deceased non-custodial parent cases which have funds pending, to determine how the funds should be applied and/or distributed to the heirs based on case history and legal documents submitted
