  Developing proficiencies and increasing personal efficiency in various lab techniques including flow cytometry, surface staining with antibodies, cell culture, transfection and transduction, cell sorting via flow cytometry, DNA isolation and purification, and PBMC isolation via a ficol layering technique or CPT tubes. Improving skills in analysis programs like Flowjo and Prism, as well as other programs like excel. Developing problem-solving and protocol optimization skills. Help maintain a clean and organized lab space during lab cleanup and daily use. Perfecting visualization of data and presentation of data in weekly lab meetings. Took an initiative to research and fill in gaps in knowledge related to immunology, transfection/transduction efficiency, analysis techniques, flow cytometry, and more.
