I had the opportunity to work with Theodosia through the Black Caucus and Advancement Division at Dartmouth College. Theodosia facilitated a brand building training for our team and immensely improved our understanding and helped create strategies to build and maintain stronger relationships with our colleagues and partners. Theodosia's wealth of knowledge in diversity and inclusion is quite impressive! She is thoughtful, strategic, a great listener and executor. She comes with very high recommendation!

I had the pleasure of working with Theodosia Cook at Dartmouth College. She is an empathetic, compassionate, and fearless leader. While working at Dartmouth, she gained respect from colleagues across campus for her expertise in leadership, diversity and inclusion, strategy, along with being kind and transparent. She leads with strong values, integrity, and always has an innovative approach to her work. I would highly recommend Theodosia for leadership, diversity and inclusion, and her willingness to be a courageous individual and leader.
