  I defend manufacturers, their products and their people in consumer warranty, product liability and personal injury matters around the country, from the date of the event through the claim stage, litigation, trial, post-trial motions and appeal. My practice also includes intellectual property and commercial litigation. I also provide product safety and liability consulting to product manufacturers and suppliers on issues ranging from market entry of leading and emerging technologies, to product labeling, instructions and warnings, to service campaigns and recalls. I have a particular interest in automation, autonomous and semi-autonomous technologies, remote sensing and telematics.
