Ted is diligent, intelligent, and an effective manager that can push projects through to completion. He is also ethical and empathetic, a rare and powerful combination. When analyzing his projects and results, I notice an aptitude for discovering innovative ways to solving problems, and an attitude of continuous improvement. I am impressed by his willingness to apply his skillsets to problems outside geophysics. Ted will be a high value-add for any project he manages or company he works for.

Led a large team to drive multi-million dollar projects, turn geophysical data into actionable information, and maximize support to sales teams in project pursuits. Delivered imaging and operational support to $20M of marine (fixed/streamer) projects under management encompassing proprietary and multi-client risk based operations. Helped identify potential new sales opportunities over new life of product by timely and accurately delivering analytical results and processing critical parameters of the project. Improved broad band imaging of the super salt section, along with coherent imaging of sub-salt events by fortifying critical data set for the $30M redevelopment of a multi-client asset in north central Gulf of Mexico marine waters. Worked in close proximity with technical support teams to apply cutting edge technology and workflows to improve data quality of assigned projects; collaborated with resources to enable completion of projects within time and budget. Operated as a commercially astute geophysicist with a strong technical background in operating exploration programs and new ventures; influenced decisions made through geophysical technical and analytical expertise. Proficiently used proprietary R&D software to perform testing and analysis of geophysical data for several multi-million dollar proprietary in-house projects. Optimized support towards exploration and development activities of various BU; functioned as a value-drive, active cost manager during contractor management activities. Project managed RTM/Kirchhoff imaging of GOM properties, to assist shape up of a 7x figure reinvestment strategy and multiple well decisions (results were published and presented at international industry worldwide conference). Leveraged re-processing and imaging best practices to improve understanding of complex onshore structures (Middle East) and various marine sub-salt GOM targets. Innovation efforts: (1) Reviewed and approved velocity profiles via FWI sub-salt and supra salt sediment modeling (2) Facilitated sub-salt exploration & development via 4D comparative analysis of sub-salt targets (3) Performed 3D full waveform illumination analysis of GOM and SEA targets.
