David Ghani

Theo is possibly the most passionate drinks industry professional I have ever met and is both a friend as well as someone I regularly work with in a professional capacity. Theo is the brainchild behind DRiNK magazine, the only bilingual trade magazine in China for the drinks industry and in a short period of time has made the magazine a huge success. It is because of people like Theo that the drinks industry and cocktail culture in China is what it is today. When people look back at Shanghai a decade or so from now, with Shanghai no doubt being up there with the likes of London and New York, there is no doubt that Theo Watt will be the name many will mention as one of the pioneers of the industry.
