  I work as part of the LoveCrafts family, a super-creative and colorful company that unites makers worldwide! My role involves shooting videos for multi-platform purposes, creating and implementing a strategy for the company's content calendar as part of the marketing team and also forming a sustainable video production department that will act as a basis for the content creation of the company moving forward. The role has evolved and now encompasses project management, content creation/ideation, podcast production and partner management. Over the past 2 years, I have also been responsible in growing the company's YouTube channel and turn it into a content giant and an extra revenue channel. The LoveCrafts YouTube channel has seen a massive growth of 50k subscribers (versus 5k subscribers in late 2018) and it's transformed into a valuable tool for building and engaging with our online community.   I was chosen from Leeds College of Music along with 4 other fellow students to represent the college in the International Songwriting Camp that was held in the Codarts University in Rotterda, Netherlands. The program was on for five days and during that time we had two different assignments. The first one was a pitch for SONY & BMG - we had to pick one of their suggested artists and write a song (full production) for them. The second assignment involved us writing a song for a famous Dutch singer (Janne Schraa). I took part in the songwriting, recording and mixing process and along with my team, we created and produced a song that was chosen from BMG and was a success (Cannot attach audio file due to copyright). Additionally, I was required to create a digital proof of the finished album artwork and print the physical copies of the album.
